Privacy policy
What we collect on landwebs.com, why, how long we keep it, and how to exercise your rights. Plain words, no surprises.

1. Who we are
The website landwebs.com is published by Landwebs Digital Group SARL (“LandWebs”, “we”), Imm 27 Ben Yassine, 2nd floor, Office 29, Casablanca, Morocco. LandWebs is responsible for the personal data collected through this website.

2. What we collect, and why
Growth Scan
When you take the Growth Scan, we collect your answers to the 10 questions, the score calculated from them, your first name, company, email address and, if you provide them, your sector, country, WhatsApp number and what you want to grow. We use them to show and email you your result, and to contact you about it. You give your consent by ticking the box before submitting; without it the result is not sent.
Contact form
When you write to us, we collect your first name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional) and your message, to answer you and, if you wish, prepare a proposal.
Request forms on our solution pages
Some pages (Real Estate App, Field Service App, AI Marketing Agent) include a request form hosted on our own customer management system (manage.landwebs.com). The information you enter there is used only to prepare the concept or answer you requested.
Blog comments
When you comment on an article, we collect your name, email address and comment. Your name and comment are published once approved; your email address is never displayed and is used only to contact you about your comment. Comments are moderated before publication, and a security code (captcha generated by our own server, without any third-party service) protects the form against bots.
Emails and WhatsApp
If you email us or contact us on WhatsApp, we keep the exchange to follow up on your request. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and its own privacy policy applies to your use of it.
Technical data
Like any website, our server records technical information (IP address, browser, pages requested, date and time) to keep the site secure and working. We do not use this data to identify you.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Legal basis
- Your consent for the Growth Scan and the result email; you can withdraw it at any time.
- Steps taken at your request before a contract when you ask us for information, a concept or a proposal.
- Our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and answering the messages we receive.
4. Cookies
This website only uses the cookies it needs to work:
- Session cookie (landwebs_session): keeps your form and its result between two pages.
- Security cookie (XSRF-TOKEN): protects the forms against fraudulent submissions.
We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Both expire after two hours of inactivity.
5. Third-party services
- Hostinger hosts the website and its database.
- Google Fonts provides the typeface: your browser downloads it from Google, which receives your IP address.
- YouTube plays the video on the Real Estate App page, only if you start it.
- Google Forms collects registrations for the AI Training (Landwebs AI Academy) when you follow that link.
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us that way.
Some of these providers process data outside Morocco. We only use recognised providers that commit to protecting the data they handle.
6. How long we keep it
- Growth Scan results and contact requests: up to 3 years after our last exchange, unless you become a client, in which case the contract and the legal retention periods apply.
- Published comments: as long as the article is online, or until you ask us to remove them. Rejected comments are deleted.
- Server logs: 14 days.
7. Your rights
Under Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of your data. If you are in the European Union, the GDPR also gives you the rights to erasure, restriction, portability and to withdraw your consent.
To exercise them, write to hello@landwebs.com. We answer within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel) in Morocco, or with the data protection authority of your country.
8. Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), forms are protected against automated and fraudulent submissions, and access to the data is limited to the people at LandWebs who need it to answer you.
9. Links to other websites
Our pages and articles may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
10. Changes
We may update this policy, for instance when we add a feature. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
